Educational Philosophy
Alliance Bible Institute is an educational ministry of the Alliance of Evangelical Baptist Churches of North America and offers theological and ministry training for church members who are already involved in ministry or preparing for it.
The Institute seeks to help students recognize their calling and prepare for effective Christian ministry in the church and society. The educational program reflects the theological heritage of the Slavic Evangelical Baptist brotherhood and is designed to prepare ministry leaders.
We recognize the transformative role of education as part of the believer’s spiritual growth. The educational process is directed toward the holistic development of the individual — spiritually, intellectually, and practically — with the goal of forming mature followers of Jesus Christ who are able to influence both the church and society.

How Churches Support Students
Every undergraduate applicant is recommended by the pastor of his or her local church. Tuition may be paid either by the student or by the church sponsoring the student’s education, and every program includes a summer practicum completed within a local church or a missionary ministry context.
Accreditation & Recognition
Alliance Bible Institute seeks to maintain a high standard of theological education consistent with the standards commonly found in evangelical educational institutions, including colleges, institutes, and seminaries.
Recognition
Degrees awarded by the Institute are recognized by churches within the Alliance of Slavic Evangelical Baptist Churches of North America.
Accreditation
At present, the Institute does not hold governmental or international academic accreditation. The Institute continues to evaluate the possibility of pursuing accreditation in the future, recognizing that such a step could involve substantial changes to program structure and tuition costs.
Credit Transfer to Other Institutions
In certain cases, Institute students have successfully transferred academic credits to other educational institutions, including public institutions, by providing appropriate documentation of completed coursework. Decisions regarding the acceptance of transfer credits are made by the receiving institution.
Statement of Faith
Alliance Bible Institute is an educational ministry of the Alliance of Evangelical Baptist Churches of North America, and its educational program reflects the theological heritage of the Slavic Evangelical Baptist brotherhood. Agreement with the Statement of Faith is part of admission: undergraduate applicants agree with and sign the doctrinal statement, and master’s applicants must be in agreement with the Institute’s Statement of Faith.

A Message from the President
Dear prospective students, welcome to our Institute
In the coming years of study, we will embark on a remarkable spiritual journey through the Word of God, theology, church history, and the practice of Christian ministry. Believe me, there is no greater investment in the present and the future than dedicating oneself to a work done for the glory of God, in the name of God, and by His power.
“Until I come, give attention to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation and teaching” (1 Tim. 4:13, NASB).
At the same time, it is important to remember that this journey is not a short sprint, but a long spiritual pilgrimage requiring perseverance, dedication, and complete dependence upon the Lord and His help. May God richly bless you in your studies.
Oleg V. Artemyev, Ph.D.
President of Alliance Bible Institute
